Terms & Conditions for Kevin Lynch Designs
- All designs are copyright of Kevin Lynch Designs © Please note we will not hesitate to take legal action should our copyright be breached in anyway.
- When paying by cheque please make all cheques payable to Kevin Lynch. The prices quoted for our Stationery items include inserts and envelopes.
- Wedding Stationery can be placed by Email and Telephone. There is no minimum order and we advise that you place your order 9– 12months before your Wedding date.
- Our Order of Service includes a maximum of 4 sides of A5. Any additional pages will incur additional charges, of £1.00 per sheet.
- Table plan details must be submitted to us by email no later than 3 weeks before your wedding date. Should these details be submitted in under the 3 week timescale a late fee will occur. Posting of table plans are separate and at a cost of £25.00 P&P.
- Show discounts are at the discretion of Kevin Lynch and can be withdrawn at any time should clients fail to comply with our terms and conditions including cancellation of orders or items ordered that are decreased in size.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order is required at the time of ordering, unless other payment option has been stated by Kevin Lynch. The 50% balance or outstanding balance will be due 8-12 weeks after booking.
- Cancellation - 6 months before Wedding– 50% deposit retained , cancellation 3 – 6 months before your Wedding– 50% deposit kept plus a charge of £50 cancellation fee, cancellation less than 3 months before Wedding – the full payment of the order must be paid plus our cancellation fee.
- Proofs will be sent for each stationery item ordered. These must be signed and returned to us prior to the commencement of your order. Please be aware that Kevin Lynch Designs does not accept responsibility for mistakes once proofs have been approved. Wedding Stationery cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof are non refundable.
- National orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and will incur a charge of £25.00 per delivery. Deliveries of orders will be in 2 stages of posting: invitations will be dispatched first then the remainder afterwards.
- Upon booking we shall issue you with a schedule, failure to meet our wording timescales will result in an additional fee of £35 per week; this is to cover costs of hired help to assist in the production of late orders.
- All stationery orders shall be sent by recorded delivery. We shall contact you by email or by telephone when your order is dispatched.
- Our Wedding Stationery is completely handcrafted and slight variations will occur, this is merely a feature of a genuine handcrafted product. Kevin Lynch Designs has the right to alter and change stationery materials should original ones become unavailable or be discontinued. This applies to type of card & paper, weight and embellishments used.
- Any damages during the postal process must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Kevin Lynch Designs will not be held responsible for damages which may occur when you post your invitations to your guests.
- Complaints should be made in writing to Kevin Lynch. Prices are subject to change and are correct at time of print however any increase will not affect orders where deposits have been paid.
